4. Refund Policy (Consumer Protection Act 1999)

- Statutory Rights: Refunds will only be provided if the service is fundamentally defective, entirely inaccessible due to our technical failure, or as strictly mandated by the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999.
5. Chargebacks and Financial Disputes
- Any unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by a parent, guardian, or cardholder bank without prior communication with our support team will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the associated user account.
- If you believe a charge was made in error by a minor, please contact us directly at support@thomazsejarah.com before contacting your bank.
6. User Conduct and Content (CMA 1998 Compliance)
Under the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, users are strictly prohibited from transmitting offensive or illegal content. While using our Services, you agree NOT to:
- Upload, post, or share any content (including profile pictures or text) that is obscene, indecent, false, defamatory, menacing, or offensive in character.
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or introduce viruses to the website.
- Content Moderation: We reserve the right to review, remove, or delete any content you upload, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or dispute relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
